Josh Pickard is the new investment manager at Minneapolis-based Pinnacle.
Pickard is now responsible for a portfolio of 17 properties in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio and South Dakota.
Pickard most recently worked as a general manager for Greco Properties.
