Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales group recently sold the Cambridge Crossings retail center located in the Detroit suburb of Troy, Mich.
Slate U.S. Opportunity Realty Trust, based in Toronto, purchased the center from a joint venture between LaSalle Investment Management and Kimco Realty Corporation.
Cambridge Crossings is a 238,963-square-foot community shopping center anchored by Walmart and complemented by a lineup of tenants that includes Marshalls, Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty Supply and Subway.
