Kevin Armstrong, a veteran Wisconsin real estate leader, has been named managing director and market leader for Wisconsin with CBRE. He will work out of CBRE’s Milwaukee office.
Armstrong succeeds Tim Brauer, who accepted an opportunity with The James Campbell Company, a national real estate investment and development company.

Armstrong has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
