Minneapolis-based Oppidan Investment Company, a national property development firm, recently won a key industry award from the Minnesota Shopping Center Association.
The association honored the Goodwill store in Forest Lake, Minn. — developed by Oppidan — with a Starr Award for Design & Aesthetics New Construction in the retail 10,000 to 25,000 square feet category.
The Forest Lake Goodwill store is one of five that Oppidan has developed in the last three years.
