Ryan Cahalan has joined St. Paul, Minn.-based mortgage lender Oak Grove Capital as a vice president.
Cahalan spent four years in loan originations between Holiday Fenoglio Fowler and PPM America, where he played a role in the origination of more than $1 billion in loans. Before joining Oak Grove Capital, Cahalan served as vice president of acquisitions for Levin Realty Advisors.
