Three brokers with Equity — two in the brokerage’s Columbus office and one its Dayton office — were named CoStar Power Brokers, awards given to those producers who closed the highest volume of commercial sales or leases in their markets.
Matt Copoer and Bob Matias of Equity’s Columbus office and Kelly Gray in its Dayton office each received Power Broker awards for 2012.
Cooper qualified for the award based on the total retail leasing transactions he closed in the Columbus market during the year. Gray and Matias also qualified based on their retail leasing transactions.
