Hovnanian T&C Homes to 8,820 square feet of office space at One Naperville Plaza in Naperville. The new tenant, a publicly traded home builder, plans to use the space for its regional office.

The property is fully renovated, offering custom designed spaces; available spaces range from 3,282 to 4,260 square feet. Property highlights include abundant parking, a high-profile corner location and close proximity to restaurants, shops and other businesses.
