Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has completed an 86,000-square-foot industrial lease in Buffalo Grove with NorthShore Care Supply on behalf of building ownership, a private partnership. Joel Friedland, principal, and Steve Stone, senior associate, completed the transaction.
NorthShore Care Supply will lease the entire building at 1200 Barclay Boulevard in Buffalo Grove. The company is relocating from Northbrook and the transaction represents a significant space expansion. The building at 1200 Barclay Boulevard sits on five acres, which provides future expansion possibilities. Features of the property, developed in 1986, include 10,500 square feet of office space, 21-foot clear ceiling heights, eight interior docks, one drive-in door and parking for 71 automobiles.
