Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently negotiated the purchase of the Vitamin Shoppe store at 5704 Youngstown Warren Road in Niles, Ohio.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Cleveland, represented the buyer, a private investor out of Cleveland. The property was bought for $1.3 million.
The 4,500-square-foot single-tenant Vitamin Shoppe building is located adjacent to Cafaro’s Eastwood Mall Complex, a mall that holds more than 3 million square feet of retail, entertainment and dining.
