The Winhall of Williams Pointe, a luxury apartment community in Waukee, Iowa, celebrated its grand-opening April 9.
West Des Moines, Iowa-based Hubbell Realty Company and equity partner Persimmon Capital Partners are jointly developing the project.
During the event, speakers such as Hubbell Realty Company senior vice president of property management Krista Capp and Persimmon Capital Partners managing member William Angrick spoke about the project and what it means to the area.
Construction of the Winhall began in May of 2012. Four of the eight buildings are completed. The remainder of the buildings will be developed throughout 2013. The $18.76 million development will include 206 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
