Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis-owned and -managed commercial real estate company, recently provided tenant representation to Llywelyn’s Pub in St. Louis by helping it open its newest location.
Llywelyn’s recently opened its sixth St. Louis-area restaurant at 2490 Taylor Road in Wildwood, Mo. The pub was represented by Hilliker Corporation’s agent Brian O’Connell and is the first tenant in the new building. The 6,047-square-foot restaurant is located in the Wildwood Town Center Development, and features patio seating for 150 patrons plus three large indoor dining rooms.
Llywelyn’s is a Celtic pub that serves Welsch cuisine and a variety of beer and whiskey.
