Minneapolis law firm Leonard, Street and Deinard recently advised First International Bank & Trust in a transaction that allowed the bank and its joint venture partner, Brutger Equities, to begin construction of the first phase of a possible 800-unit multi-family project in Williston, N.D.
Leonard, Street and Deinard helped First International Bank & Trust acquire a $44 million construction credit facility to fund the construction project.
The first phase of the multi-family project, Renaissance Heights, will consist of 288 luxury apartment units. This phase is scheduled for completion in late 2014.
