Enerpac has started construction on a 167,100-square-foot manufacturing facility in Columbus, Wis. Enerpac manufactures controlled-force tools and hydraulic pumps. It’s new building will be owned by Zilber Property Group and leased to Enerpac on a long-term basis.
Enerpac has outgrown its current facility.
“This new facility will be laid out in a way that we’ll be able to optimize our processes and do a much better job of servicing our customers,” said Ken Brockhorst, global operations leader for Enerpac, in a written statement.
Zimmerman Architectural Studios of Milwaukee designed the building, while C.G. Schmidt is building it.
