Cooper Commercial Investment Group of Cleveland recently closed the sale of a Rite Aid in Gloversville, N.Y.
The buisness is on a 20-year, corporately guaranteed Triple Net Lease with about six years of original term remaining.
Dan Cooper and Bob Havasi of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the owner, a privately held group out of New York. The pair also found the buyers for the property, a private group in Pittsburgh.
