Colliers International helped close the sale of 17,569 square feet of industrial space at 31751 Research Park Drive in Madison Heights, Mich.
Peter E. Kepic, Peter J. Kepic and Ryan Brittain of Colliers International represented the purchaser, FCS Automotive International, Inc. in this transaction.
This will be FCS Automotive International’s fourth location in Michigan. The company will use the building for office and distribution purposes.
