The Indianapolis office of CBRE recently made two key personnel moves.
Terry Hughes has been promoted to vice president in the office’s debt and equity finance department. He partners with Jason Brown and will work on capital placements for all product types.
Zach Jones has joined the office as a senior project manager. Before joining CBRE, Jones worked as a project manager for Shiel Sexton, where he managed such jobs as The Alexander Hotel, Ball State University Kinghorn Resident Hall and DeHority Complex and five projects for Eli Lilly and Company.
