L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International has sold a 438,860-square-foot industrial facility in Warren, Mich., to Rave’s Construction.
Founded in 2000, Rave’s Construction provides solutions for commercial supermarket chains, restaurants and grocery stores. The company’s services include general contracting, design/build, building maintenance and demolition.
