Jack Allen has been named president of Kansas City-based Karbank Real Estate Company/CORFAC International. He leads the brokerage division of Karbank, manages its day-to-day operations and continues to represent his clients.
A veteran of the Kansas City-area commercial real estate industry since 1974, Allen joined Karbank in 1990. His experience includes property management, land and building development, and brokerage.
Some of Allen’s recently negotiated deals include: 737,000 square feet in two transactions for Comprehensive Logistics, 289,000 square feet for Piston Group and 212,500 square feet for LMV Automotive/Magna International.
