Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services sold the Days Inn Roseville/Saint Paul, a 114-room hotel property located in Roseville, Minn. The hotel sold for $3.55 million.
Jon Ruzicka, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, and Gordon Allred, vice president of Investments in the firm’s Ontario, Calif., office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Ruzicka and Allred.
The final sales price came in at 104 percent of the original list price.
