Cresa Madison represented The Art Commission, LLC in a relocation from the commission’s current location at Tenney Plaza on Capitol Square to The Cantwell Building, located at 121 South Pinckney Street in Madison, Wis.
The Art Commission will occupy its new space in August.
The Art Commission was founded in 2012 by Toni Sikes and Terry Maxwell. Its mission is to connect artists with individuals, organizations and corporations seeking commissioned art.
“The company has experienced amazing growth since its inception and was becoming very constrained in its current office space,” said Rosss Rikkers, principal at Cresa, in a written statement. “The company’s new location at the Cantwell Building will allow it to continue to hire new staff members and advance its mission.”
