St. Louis-based Intelica CRE recently closed three leases in the St. Louis area.
The company closed a lease for 20,000 square feet of office/warehouse space at 2915 N. Le Compte Road in Springfield, Mo. Executive Express, Inc. will now move into the space.
The company also closed a lease for 1,500 square feet of retail space at 3014 S. Grand Blvd. in St. Louis. Parkgate Associates LP leased the space.
Finally, Intelica CRE leased 1,690 square feet of office space at 15455 Conway Road to Equity One.
