CBRE recently sold five industrial properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to Altus Properteis, a private real estate investment firm headquartered in St. Louis.
The properties sold for a total price of $28.3 million.
The buildings included the 118,125-square-foot Nicollet Business Campus VII in Burnsville, the 322,751-sqaure-foot 7401 Boone Avenue North in Brooklyn Park, the 50,400-square-foot Cedar Lake Business Center in St. Louis Park, 121,669-square-foot Bloomington Business Plaza in Bloomington and 42,929-square-foot Pillsbury Business Center also in Bloomington.
Steven Buss, Tom Holtz, Ryan Watts and Judd Welliver represented the seller, Investors Real Estate Trust.
