Chicago’s Urban Innovations has promoted Monica Makin to vice president of acquisitions and asset management.
Makin joined Urban Innovations as vice president of asset management in 2011. She is now seeking opportunities for Urban Innovations to expand and diversify its portfolio, primarily in the Midwest.
Before joining Urban Innovations, Makin worked as national director of asset management for National Fund Equity and vice president of asset management for Homestead Capital.
