The Pizzuti Companies has closed a new 10-year lease for an 898,560-square-foot build-to-suit facility at the company’s 800-acre Pinnacle Business Center in Romeoville, Ill.
The new project will be a state-of-the-art distribution facility with upgraded life-safety systems and an energy efficient design.
The new building is scheduled to be complete in the fourth quarter of this year. Ware Malcomb Power Construction is serving as general contractor.
