Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold Willow Greens, a 20-unit apartment property located in Edina, Minn. The complex sold for $3.15 million.
Josh Talberg, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by both Talberg and Mox Gunderson, an investment specialist also in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office.
Willow Greens was built in 1968 and was purchased in 2006 by the current ownership to be converted to condominiums. As a part of the conversion to condominiums, extensive interior and exterior renovation and upgrades were completed to the property.
