ARCO/Murray recently completed a 280,000-square-foot interior improvement project for Creative Werks located at 1460-1470 Brummel Ave. in Elk Grove Village.
Creative Werks is a state-of-the-art manufacturing and co-packing firm and is a SQF Level 3 certified company.
The project included the improvement to convert an existing warehouse space into a state-of-the-art food packaging space for candy and confections. The installation included metal wall panel construction, 200 tons of cooling, along with a 400 amps upgrade of electrical service to facilitate the newly installed packaging equipment. The existing office was remodeled to create 9,000 square feet of manufacturing space, new restrooms, a break room and an equipment sanitation room.
