CBRE’s Special Properties Group assisted Insite Real Estate in the sale of 999 McKinley Drive in Ottawa, Ill., to Garcoa Laboratories. The sale price was not disclosed.
The building has 157,905 square feet of divisible space and is situated on 7.5 acres two miles south of Ottawa. Features of the building include 20-foot clear height, 10 interior docks and 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing.
Founded in 1984, Garcoa Laboratories is a health and beauty care product innovator, distributor and manufacturer specializing in custom and national brand equivalent products.
