CBRE first vice president Scott Furmanski and vice president Chase Brieman represented STAG Industrial in the long-term lease of 427,000 square feet in the Sun Prairie Business park in Sun Prairie, Wis., to Colony Brands, Inc.
The single-tenant industrial property includes 17,100 square foot of office space on two levels, 31 loading docks and 24-foot to 28-foot ceiling heights.
