Duray Manufacturing Inc. has leased 33,817 square feet of space within a 58,942-square-foot building at 9400 W. King Street in Franklin Park for the relocation of its operations from Balmoral in Chicago.
Duray has been manufacturing high performance and technologically advanced fluorescent lighting for commercial, industrial, residential, institutional and retail markets for more than 50 years.
Built in 2003, the 18-foot clear height building on West King Street features updated heating and lighting, four exterior docks, A/C throughout, fenced yard and ample parking for trailers or cars. The facility is within close proximity to O’Hare International Airport and Interstate 294.
