Minneapolis’ Dougherty Mortgage LLC recently originated a $1.1 million Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing loan for the refinancing of Arbor Pointe Apartments, a 56-unit multi-family affordable housing property located in Prichard, Ala.
The 10-year term, 9.5-year yield maintenance loan was arranged by Dougherty’s Dallas office for Arbor Station, Ltd.
