Cassidy Turley recently helped online marketing firm The Berry Co. find a new corporate headquarters in Kettering, Ohio.
The company has leased 47,300 square feet in the 3100 Building at 3100 Research Blvd. in Kettering.
Tony Witt, senior vice president with Cassidy Turley, represented building owner New York-based Time Equities, Inc.
The 3100 Building totals 315,000 square feet and features such amenities as a full-service cafeteria, fitness facility and common conference area.
