CBRE|Louisville recently sold Town Fair Shopping Center in Louisville for more than $24 million.
Town Fair is a 234,364-square-foot retail center on more than 21 acres of land in one of Louisville’s busiest retail submarkets. WalMart anchors the center, which also features tenants such as Staples, Michael’s, Hancock Fabrics and GameStop.
Brooks Mayer, vice president with CBRE|Louisville, led the company’s Private Capital Group that represented the regional investment group that owned the center. Phillips Edison & Company, a public non-traded REIT, purchased Town Fair.
