Marcus & Millichap recently sold the GrandStay Hotel & Suites, an 80-room hotel in Appleton, Wis.
The hotel sold for $4.425 million, more than $55,000 a room.
Scott Brash, senior director in Marcus & Millichap’s downtown Chicago office, had the exclusive listing to market the property for the seller, a private investor. Matthew Fitzgerald, a broker, assisted in this transaction.
The seller built the hotel in 2007 as a Wyndham Garden Inn and then converted it to GrandStay Suites in 2010.
