Colliers International recently sold a 151,953-square-foot building at 21001 and 21033 Groesbeck Highway in Warren, Mich.
The building was the former headquarters for Gardner White Furniture’s warehouse, which Gardner White owned.
Raffi Derbabian of Colliers International represented the buyer, Safa Dabish.
The building will be used for the buyer’s food business. The transaction was valued at more than $900,000.
