The Boulder Group has completed the sale of a single tenant net-leased Shopko Hometown property located at 598 West Lucas in Ellsworth, Wis., for $2.35 million.
Shopko Hometown is the sole occupant of the 32,100-square-foot retail building that was developed in 2008. The property is located on the southwest corner of West Crosstown Road and Highway 65, which is the primary thoroughfare in the area.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction. The seller was a Midwest-based developer and the buyer was a private investor from Wisconsin in a 1031 exchange.
