Baum Realty Group arranges sale of Randall Plaza Retail Center and 6-acre development parcel in Crystal Lake, IL

Chicago-based Baum Realty Group, LLC  announced that Baum’s Investment Sales Team brokered the sale of two adjacent properties in Crystal Lake, IL.

Baum Vice Presidents Danny Spitz and Greg Dietz represented a private partnership in the sale of the ±28,506 square feet retail center located at 435 Angela Lane in Crystal Lake, IL for $3,100,000. The newer construction located on Randall Road has exceptional visibility and is 83% occupied.

Spitz and Dietz also represented the same ownership group in the sale of a development parcel located at Randall Road and Alexandra Boulevard in Crystal Lake, IL. The 5.9 acre site, located in the most sought after retail trade area in the northwest suburbs, sold for $900,000.

Baum Investment Sales Team members are experts in representing multi-tenant retail shopping centers and urban retail / mixed-use properties in metropolitan Chicago. In addition to the sale of the Crystal Lake locations, Baum’s team sold the 27,521 square foot center located at 2503 – 2535 N. County Line Road in Algonquin for $4.9 million. Baum’s notable 2014 transactions include selling a mixed-use project in Wicker Park at 1308 – 1310 N. Milwaukee Avenue for $2.4 million, a retail condo at 1650 N. Wells in Old Town for $2,800,000, a mixed used building at 1031 – 1033 W. Belmont Avenue for $3,275,000 and the retail shops at the Waldorf Astoria in the Gold Coast for $44,000,000.
