The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently helped sell the Shoppes at Glendale, a 10,050-square-foot retail center in Toledo, Ohio. The center is shadow-anchored by a WalMart Supercenter.
The retail center is 100-percent occupied with triple-net leases.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group from Ohio. The buyer is a private investor out of Connecticut. The buyer provided a full-price offer on the first day that the property went for sale.
The retail center fetched a sales price of $1.8 million.
