Village Green has been hired to manage Grand Pre East, a 251-unit apartment community in Little Canada, Minn., owned by Loboda Properties.
The community marks the 13th that Village Green now owns or operates in the Twin Cities region. It also brings Village Green’s total number of managed properties to 170 across 17 states.
“Minneapolis/St. Paul continues to be one of our preferred areas to manage existing and develop new communities in,” said Diane Batayeh, chief operating officer of Village Green, in a written statement.
