Highland Park- based Tucker Development welcomes Kevin Cleary as construction manager.
Cleary was the owner and operations manager at Cleary Builders, and is a 30-year veteran of the construction industry with experience in the planning, design, development, construction, renovation and repair of retail and mixed-use properties.
