Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of The Apartments at Riverlife, a 75-unit multifamily property in Wausau, Wisconsin. The property sold for $15 million, or $200,00 per unit.
Dan Bowar, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Riverlife Wausau, LLC, and procured the buyer, a Wisconsin-based investor.
The Apartments at Riverlife is situated on 0.89 acres at 16 Fulton St. Built in 2020, the property features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units across 72,177 rentable square feet. The property overlooks the Wisconsin River and is within walking distance of downtown Wausau, providing residents convenient access to the area’s dining, retail and entertainment amenities.
