PREMIER Design + Build Group begins construction project at Bridge Point 94 in Libertyville, Illinois.
Bridge Development Partners, LLC has chosen PREMIER to carry out the design and construction of their Bridge Point 94 development in Libertyville, Illinois. The project consists of two speculative warehouse and distribution facilities on a 21-acre parcel; Building A will cover 185,670 square feet, Building B, 220,542 square feet.
Both institutional grade buildings are being constructed with load-bearing precast wall panels and glass curtain walls. The Class A 32′ clear height structures will include 56 exterior truck docks to accommodate distribution and ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) fire protection sprinkler systems. A concrete parking lot will be installed with 536 total parking stalls for both buildings.
Anticipated completion of the entire project is 4th quarter of 2014.
Mark Melone of PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC is the project manager and Johnathan Nelsen is the field superintendent. Cornerstone Architects, Ltd is delivering architectural services and Pearson, Brown & Associates Inc. is the Civil Engineer. John Hauser and Michael Fonda with Avison Young are brokering the facilities.
