Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Ambassador Real Estate assisted with the acquisition, due diligence, investment analysis and syndication of a $3.1 million former Hy-Vee Grocery store in Omaha.
The company’s commercial division, led by James Pearson, oversaw and directed the process of gaining entitlements, conducting a feasibility and market analysis, and the closing of this large transaction.
The goal is to now turn the former grocery store into a multi-tenant building.
