Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of The Shoppes At Hulbert Creek, an 11,982-square-foot retail property in Wisconsin Dells, Wis.
The retail center sold for $3.65 million.
Jeff Rowlett, Matthew Whiteside and Jeremy Osting, investment specialists in Marcus & Millchap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property for the seller, a limited liability company. The three also secured and represented the buyer.
