Marcus & Millichap arranges the sale of a 30-unit apartment building

Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, announced the sale of 3700 – 3710 W 119th Street, a 30-unit apartment property located in Alsip, IL, according to Steven D. Weinstock, Vice President/ Regional Manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $1,700,000.

Ryan D. Engle and Andrean Angelov, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Ryan D. Engle and Andrean Angelov.

The property is located at 3700-3710 West 119th Street in Alsip, IL. The subject property consists of 12 one-bedroom / one-bathroom units, 12 two-bedroom / one-bathroom units and six large two-bedroom / one-bathroom units measuring approximately 600, 700, and 950 square feet respectively. The property features ample off-street parking.
