Albert Schulman, senior vice president with Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide, represented Wong Enterprises, LLC in its purchase of two buildings totaling 56,444 square feet on 1.16 acres at 817-841 W. Cermak Road near the southwest side of Chicago.

Wong Enterprises, a food distribution company, is expanding its operations within Chicago.  The company selected the property because of its close proximity to Chicago’s Loop, Chinatown and Pilsen neighborhoods, and several major expressways.

The building portfolio includes a 27,000-square-foot, single-story building with high-ceiling warehouse space and a 29,444-square-foot, four-story building and a 12,230-square-foot parking lot.

Colliers International’s Mike Senner and Vern Schultz represented the seller, Christ Panos Foods Corporation, in the transaction.
