I.M. Construction Group has been chosen to renovate a new space for the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute in Libertyville, Ill.
The institute currently operates a branch at 720 Florsheim Drive in Libertyville. It has bought a building adjacent to that site — 724 Florsheim Drive — that I.M. Construction Group will now renovate.
Construction on the renovation project will begin in April, and is set to wrap in July of this year. The new space is 7,500 square feet. Once the construction work is done, Illinois Bone & Joint Institute will move its physical and occupational therapy space to the new building, which will also include new exam rooms.
