Marcus & Millichap recently sold an 8,000-square-foot net-leased restaurant Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Canton, Ohio.
The restaurant sold for $1.527 million, and sits as an out-parcel to a T.J. Maxx and Burlington Coat Factory-anchored shopping center.
Craig Fuller, Erin Patton and Scott Wiles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland and Columbus offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a New York-based investment group. The buyer, a California-based investor, was also secured and represented by Fuller, Patton and Wiles.
The property is located in the Belden Village retail trade area of Canton. The building was built in 2014, is located within a half-mile of the 872,000-square-foot Belden Village regional shopping mall and has combined traffic counts of more than 40,000 cars a day on Everhard and Dressler roads.
