MB Real Estate (MBRE) has completed two long-term leases for Nationwide Acceptance LLC, including a 21,953 square foot headquarters lease in Rosemont, Illinois, and an 8,400-square-foot lease in Elgin, Illinois.
Nationwide Acceptance LLC, a leading sub-prime auto lender, selected MBRE to identify relocation options for the firm’s headquarters and suburban Chicago office locations.
Pamela Rose, senior vice president, and David Kimball, assistant vice president, completed a 21,953-square-foot lease at 10255 W. Higgins in Rosemont, Illinois. Nationwide will relocate its headquarters to Rosemont in early 2016, from 3435 N. Cicero in Chicago where it currently leases 31,353 square feet.
The new headquarters space offers Nationwide close proximity to O’Hare, several public transportation options and numerous property amenities. Josh Robbins of CBRE represented building ownership.
Rose and Kimball also completed an 8,400 square foot long-term lease for Nationwide at 890 N. State Street in Elgin, Illinois. Requiring a more efficient space for growing operations, the firm relocated from another property in Elgin earlier this year.
Nationwide was able minimize its out of pocket costs by reutilizing existing high-end conditions, as well as increase its visibility in the community with prominent building signage. Ownership was represented by Jack Reardon of NAI Hiffman.
