CBRE|Martin closed the sale of 1000 Ramada Drive near the South Pennsylvania/Cedar Street interchange and Interstate-96 on the south side of Lansing, Michigan.
Bill Snethkamp Automotive Group bought the 4.19-acre property from Bill Wentworth, president of Miller Apple Group. Snethkampf plans to use two of the four acres for a new FIAT car studio, while also expanding its automotive lineup by adding Chrysler and Jeep to its existing Dodge dealership.
The Chrysler and Jeep expansion is expected to close in October of 2015. Construction of the FIAT studio division is estimated to be complete by the spring of 2016.
