The Boulder Group has completed the sale of a single-tenant Starbucks property located at intersection of South Stony Island Avenue and East 71st Street—approximately ten miles south of downtown Chicago.
The property sold for $1,460,000 and has extended the lease for an additional ten years.
Boulder Group’s Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman represented the seller in the transaction; a Midwest based real estate development and investment firm.
The purchaser was a private investor based in Chicago.
